Powder spray gun operator — Isanti County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Isanti County, Minnesota. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
