UPVC door and window fabricator — Milam County

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Milam County, Texas. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Day to day you will wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
