Vacancy available: we are hiring a packing operative in Antelope County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer • Strap and band pallets ready for loading • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Record production counts on the shift sheet What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Able to follow health and safety procedures • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing 2+ years on the tools preferred.
