PVC window fabricator • Hardin County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Hardin County, Texas. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Day-to-day duties: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam What we are looking for: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
