Banksman — Big Stone County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Big Stone County, Minnesota. You should have: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Your main tasks: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Read lift plans and method statements before starting Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
