Stores assistant • Harford County, Maryland

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stores assistant in Harford County, Maryland. The job is at a regional distribution hub. The role involves: • Report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor • Pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list • Put away stock into racking locations following FIFO • Replenish pick faces from bulk storage • Segregate returns and process them back into stock • Operate a counterbalance or reach forklift to move pallets What we are looking for: • Previous warehouse or stores experience • Confident using handheld scanners and a WMS • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
