The role involves: • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Rotating shifts.
