Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
