Overlocker operator wanted in Lawrence County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Lawrence County, Indiana. The role involves trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
