Fine-dining server — Borough of Wigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Borough of Wigan, England. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Rotating shifts.
