Powder coating line operator wanted in Champaign County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Champaign County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
