The role involves: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Full-time with occasional weekends.
