Hoist operator — Del Norte County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hoist operator in Del Norte County, California. You will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • A good head for heights for tower crane work Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
