Catering cook — Prowers County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Prowers County, Colorado. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off.
