Elevator repair technician • Obi Nwga, Abia State

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Obi Nwga, Abia State. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. The role involves: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Full-time, day shift.
