Vertical milling machine operator • Trousdale County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Trousdale County, Tennessee. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Full-time, day shift.
