Your main tasks: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
