Immediate opening: gatehouse guard (South Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Deuel County, South Dakota. Day to day you will monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door. What we are looking for: • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Height and weight as per security norms • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
