Urgent requirement: butcher (South Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Butte County, South Dakota. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
