What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports On a typical shift you will measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer.
