Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Sumter County, Alabama. The job is at a banquet hall. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time with occasional weekends.
