We are recruiting: we are hiring a tyre technician in Rolette County, North Dakota. You will be based at a car service centre. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage Your main tasks: • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench Six days a week, one day off.
