Join our team: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Catawba County, North Carolina. You will work in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. Requirements: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Day-to-day duties: • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
