Bar bender and fixer wanted in Mower County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Mower County, Minnesota. The job is on a busy residential building site. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level The role involves keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
