Line cook — Butler County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Butler County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
