Join our team: we are hiring a finishing presser in Richland County, Illinois. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. The role involves: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Requirements: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
