Great opportunity: horizontal milling machine operator (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Cherokee County, North Carolina. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges On the job you will handle: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
