Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (California)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Nevada County, California. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
