Bench joiner — East Feliciana Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bench joiner in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. You will be based on a commercial fit-out site. Day-to-day duties: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Six days a week, one day off.
