Pastry baker wanted in Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Mercer County, Illinois. You will be based at a cake shop. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
