Dogger wanted in Mashi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dogger in Mashi, Katsina State. Your main tasks: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
