Gypsum plasterer wanted in Iroquois County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Iroquois County, Illinois. Requirements: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day to day you will dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
