Kitchen cook wanted in East Riding of Yorkshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in East Riding of Yorkshire, England. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
