Your main tasks: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
