Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Day-to-day duties: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
