Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Washington County, Vermont. Your main tasks: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Part-time with flexible hours.
