Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Box Butte County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Day to day you will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
