Lift mechanic wanted in Henry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Henry County, Iowa. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. Day to day you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits.
