Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Dodge County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Dodge County, Georgia. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Part-time with flexible hours.
