We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in City of Bristol, Virginia. The job is in a shopfront glazing company. Your main tasks: • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
