Now hiring: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Your main tasks: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Full-time with occasional weekends.
