Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
