Trainee butcher wanted in Ido-Osi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Ido-Osi, Ekiti State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
