Urgent requirement: sheet metal welder (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Lawrence County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
