Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Oceana County, Michigan. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
