Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Ilesha East, Osun State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around ₦85,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
