Vacancy available: we are hiring a moulder in Juneau County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects You should have: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection 5+ years on the tools preferred.
