Vacancy available: short order cook (Kebbi State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Koko-Besse, Kebbi State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 1+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
