Lift mechanic • Saint Croix County, Wisconsin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin. The job is on a lift modernisation project. Your main tasks: • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $22 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
