Insulation installer • San Diego County, California

Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation installer in San Diego County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Willing to travel between sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
